Jani, First off sorry to hear about your experience that evening. If I am correct you were at the restaurant a month ago? Not sure why this is coming up now if its been that long. In any case having reviewed this with our front of the house staff, they did state that the issue was rectified then. The sides were comped as well as the entire meal. Our chef cooks the Prime Rib to a "rare: temperature, so not sure who told you that its gets cooked to a "well" temperature. Your obviously not happy and were told information that i... read more
