I ordered a cake for a birthday party we were having. The employee explained how they would be closed that week but were totally willing to go ahead and make the cake and meet me at 9 on the day requested. We ordered over a week ahead of time as well. Finally it was the day to pick up the cake. I knew they were closed due to vacation. I showed up a little early no one was there. when you have 30 ml minutes for lunch so you call it in 15 min early and they say give us ten minute so you go and it is still not ready 30 minute later. Restaurants have a special so its ready quick. That's why its called the special. I cancelled the order and had to get back to work. So thanks for no lunch. That not the first time either
