This review is for Dr Bakers office staff. I had an appointment on Dec 2 with Dr. Bakers PA When I arrived to check in I was told the provider was not there. The receptionist stated that they had called me the day before, which was a lie. I showed her my call log and I had not received any call. I asked if I could see Dr Baker and was told he was fully booked. She did not even bother to go ask him. She was extremely rude make s face and shaking her head at her colleague. Dr. Baker has been my primary care doctor for over 25 years. Although sometimes the wait is a bit long to see him, he is always pleasant, concerned and has time to make recommendations for treatment and care. One always feels like Dr. Baker cares about you as a patient and individual. That may explain why schedules sometimes get off -- no rushing you off -- each patient is important
Hard to get appointment with doctor - booked far in advance for condition that needs to be handled fairly quickly. Sometimes very rushed in visit but does know his medicine. His 2 MA's are fantastic. Spends more time on computer and sometimes does not listen to what I am saying and why I am there and have to repeat what I just said. But he is a good doctor when he listens to you and explains things so I understand what to do.
Dr Baker has always listened to my needs. He is a true professional and is very thorough with his exams. Made me feel comfortable and he is very understanding. Will highly recommend Dr. Timothy Baker.
Terrible customer service, long wait times to be seen. Complete lack of care about patient well being.
I have been a patient of dr. Bakers for 9 years, have had many serious diagnoses, many found by dr. Baker. He is thorough and determined to give the best possible care. But what stands out for me is how caring he is. He has always given his time, expertise and dedication willingly. He is a rarity in today's medical community. Highly recommend

I have been a patient of Dr Baker for 30 years. He is a kind, patient doctor who is an excellent physician. He takes time to listen to you and is sensitive to your needs and well-being.
I have been seeing Dr Baker for over 20 years and he has been my sons doctor for 13+ yrs. Best you won't find a better doctor anywhere else.
