Baker St. Self Storage was a great storage facility near South Coast Plaza until it was time to end my contract and move my things out of storage. Let it be known that if you want to move your stuff out of storage there are strict time guidelines that are ridiculous and make it very difficult for the customer. The way that the management handled the situation was so poor and unethical that it still gets me fired up just thinking about it! Their access hours are not convenient and their customer service is awful.
