Poor security and organization. We have had 2 license plates stolen, one from our boat and another from our RV. Our brand new RV was dented. There is not assigned spaces, so there's no way to identify who parked near you if you have damage and if you pull out of your space, good luck on knowing where you'll park next time or even if you'll fit in the empty space left due to a larger size vessel or RV.
