Terrible Customer Service! Avoid!!! Should have listened to the terrible reviews and so should you! Got the run around on an estimate to replace a heater on one of my rental properties. It's been 26 days since the original contact and I have still not received an estimate! First it was "you should get it any day", then it was "we sent it to your email", then it was "Jason didn't put it in the computer - I'll talk to him and call you back." horriable service Please think twice about going with this company. I thought it was great service until they back out on their word to fix something for no charge. I am reporting them it was so disconcerting to have a company go back on their word. Nm is a word of mouth state and I will do everything in my power to decrease business or have it shut down all together.

Love Love Love These Guys! Very helpful, reliable, courteous and responsive! They try to take care of you on the price as much as possible too. Your problems are their problems, it feels like they really care.

Great Customer Service Albuquerque Plumbing was very timely and efficient!! They knew exactly what they were talking about when it came to installing refrigerated air in my home. Now I am living the dream in my new cool home!!

coronado manager non reliable dont return call. they took 2 months to install 6 heaters and said they fixed co levels in all other apartments . yeah right still have problems had to call in another company to fix them right. then called to have a estimate to start up our swamp coolers steve said if we werent gunna use them to start them up they werent going to come out to give me a estimate, what kinda service is that? then called them 3 days straight said they call me back never did then weekend service talked to them said ... read more

not a happy camper I called and made arrangements for a water drainage problem for the up coming weekend. All weekendwas a no-show and no phone call from the service people. will use someone else

Who Could Ask for More? Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. They came out twice in two days for different issues. The second time, the repairman was here in less than an hour. The fees were reasonable and the service incredible. I will use them to replace my furnace when the time comes for that and I will call them again for any problems I have.

Fast, friendly, and affordable I had a water heater go out in one of my rental homes. Called them gentlemen and promptly got a technician out to the house. Very knowledgable and VERY fair. Will not use any other plumbing service from now on. EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!!
