This is the worst agency in San Francisco for anyone for housing. My room was mold infected for 7 years.And they did nothing but paint over it and a friend Andy.Showed me photos he took tearing the wall out below the window to replace it. My concern was never taken seriously by corrupt Mitchell or Jessica. Now my lawsuit for physical harm and torment is being filed.
It was a step for me to ask for help and only to be denied.The residence program is full of financial abuse n mold in most the places.Bias management n unqualified so call case managers.Jessica and Kevin is finally gonna be replaced.
