They do excellent work. We have used them on 3 separate occasions and found Baker Mobile RV to be very honest and efficient. We had called another Mobile rv person and was told our compressor was out on our 6 month old Class C refrigerator. We were told he would need to order and it would be 2 weeks. We thought we would get a second opinion and had Baker Mobile RV come out. It turned out it was a blocked coil, and they fixed it in 10 min. Saved tons of money! Baker scheduled, diagnosed and had all my RV parts needed. Quick service and quality repairs to my generator and air conditioner. I was surprised to know with the thousands of parts in the RV industry of the inventory they did have. This company convinced me to purchase a hydraulic jack for my Motorhome for $1471.81 even though I could have bought it on Amazon for $1050. They would not do the install if I did not buy the jack from them, but would give me a 2 year warranty if I did. When the jack failed in less than 30 days (In California) they would not even return 1 of my 5 calls (The office said the tech was too busy ). Long and short of it all, I had to pay for the jack repair.

The warranty was through Lippert Components the maker of the jack. Mr. **** could have gone to any reputable shop and got the repair done through them provided by Lippert.
