RUDE HORRIBLE SERVICE Horrible florist! I was sent flowers and balloons from someone who ordered them on the internet. The request was forwarded to R & D who delivered the balloons on the wrong day. They didn't call ahead and tried to tie them outside in 100 degree heat. Luckily I came home in time. When the flowers didn't arrive I called them to see what happened.
