Are you prepared to go on an adventure in slumlordery? This is the company to rent from! Roofs with huge leaks that stay unfixed for months and months only for an obviously shoddy patch. Who knows what could be festering. Painted over water damage, garbage in hallways, carpet that hasn't been replaced or probably even shampooed since the 70's, and bolted shut windows are but a few of the joys to experience when renting from Baker Management! Before applying, I spoke with a representative, truthfully laying out my credit history and the reasons for it. They told me that if I made 4x times the rent in income, credit history wouldn't be looked at anyway. Sent them documentation that proved that was true when I paid the $50 or so application fee, but then they rejected me on credit history anyway and didn't return the fee. Wasted my time and money.
