Right after having an air scrubber installed I sought to pay it all off. I gave my credit card to Baker Electric and was charged. I am still getting bills from the finance company plus interest charges because Baker Electric has not paid them. I have asked many times but keep getting bills. I am told it will be resolved but it is not being fixed. I am risking a credit score ruination since I am not paying twice for the air scrubber. I would never use this company again.
RecommendedThey were on time and very professional. They took care of the HVAC switch that we needed in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

I reached out to Baker for a couple reasons. They have been in business for over 80 years, they are used as a sub-contractor by SDGE which made things easier and they are based in east county San Diego where all the great blue collar worker companies are from. The work wasn't the smoothest; i needed to upgrade a panel and the roof was at end of life, but Baker stuck with it and got everything installed before my first payment. I highly recommend them.
Not yet we got Solar last year had issues with it not working. When we finally get ahold of someone it takes s long time to come out, not good. Today I was mad at the run around while receiving SdG&E bills for 400-800$ it’s crazy.
Just got solar installed. I am so impressed by their sales department, support staff, project managers and installers. Top Notch!!! They did exactly what they promised and their workmanship is perfect. Everything installed on time and can't even tell they were at my home. Big shout out to Nick and his crew of installers. Hi! This companies solar plan is a scam. You are total you electric bills will be lower but they don’t tell you that you solar bill is going to be more then your electric bill would have been.
Best company to work for. We care about our customers.
We have yet to see a savings since we began using Baker. They ‘sold’ us on the idea, but didn’t accurately access our needs.
