Wow. Charlie came for a quote and ended up fixing my temp sense wire that was broken going to my exterior AC unit from the furnace! My AC is now working!! My wife is happy that upstairs won’t be hot tonight. I would give 6 stars if I could and I’m a first time customer. I could not recommend any more.
We have had Baker to our home a few times for A/C and heating issues, service was always fast, top class and very affordable.
They serviced our old system for many years. When it finally reached the point of no return, they installed our new system at a reasonable price. Other companies were more expensive with inferior equipment. The customer service received was top notch as well. We will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.
We have used Baker for years. We love them as they are prompt, honest, fair and knowledgeable. We have an old boiler to heat our house. Our boiler quit working last night in zero degree temperature. I called and left a message at 10:30pm and they called me the next morning @ 8:00am and were out here by 10:15am. A gas valve was needed and they installed the part later that day and we had heat by 7:00pm. They take the time to explain what they repaired and why. The office staff gals are great as well. Great experience using Baker and their tech Jeremy! They came out same day within 2 hours and fixed my Capacitor issue in 30 minutes, answering all my questions in the process. The price was great and I would absolutely use their service again.
