they are very rude the office manager and the staff they don't like to help you all they do is transfer you never get a call back I will never recommend them to any one bad experience with office manager and staff
The staff is awesome and the Dr. Osteen cares. I recommend this doctor to anyone who needs an orthopedic doc!!
By far the most dedicated and caring place to be when in need of treatment. Dr. Shimdt and staff treated one of our children yesterday and were absolutely remarkable. Will definitely recommend this office. Thank you!

I am Steve Elliott, in granite\ business 30 years. Had both full replacement\ knees20008. MY RIGHT HIP Locked up.Met DR. HEARD.,,Took x-rays says both hips look bad, bone on bone .Right hip locking up,HE was fabulous,nurses and staff,Now walking driving, without a cane 6th week and NO Pain. !Thanks, I have my normal life back!Thankful for Dr. Heard
