Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
If I could give 0 starts I would. They have taken 3 months to put my son’s Medicaid on his file. Last month when I ordered it took me calling 3 times for them to finally order his supplies. After I had told them that we were almost out of supplies. I don’t think I have ever dealt with more incompetent people in the medical field. I’m thankful that Amazon and Facebook ostomy groups have my son’s supplies.
We ran out of ostomy bags and other necessary supplies because our order was a week late. They blamed it being late on us because they input our debit card incorrectly and didn’t contact us until we called a couple days after the order was supposed to be delivered. And then sent only 4 pieces of gauze and ostomy rings larger than my newborn son’s head, you know to go with all the other newborn ostomy supplies. Will be looking for other options or going through Amazon for everything possible.
I called asking about a CPAP machine and the lady was so rude didn't want my business. I told her my insurance and she said she has never heard of it before. I found another very helpful company, I hope they change there customer service. The only reason she got a 1 star was because she did say Hello!!!
Having a horrible experience presently. However I may change my review if service improves but I am at my wits end as of now
