Great customer service after a day of dealing with Safelight who were awful. Ended up being $160 cheaper to replace my back window and they had me in and out faster than expected. Thank you
My rear side window in my new Nissan Sentra shattered and we do not even know why. Baker glass was able to fix it within a couple hours and even tinted the window. Looks perfect �
Vann and the team at Baker Glass are amazing. Did run around with insurance Baker Glass was on my insurance list. Called them they did calls to insurance as well, got the glass and had my car done in 45 min. Same day calls and work. Had my car broken into Thursday night, had it done Friday afternoon. The best group of people. Don't ever call Safelite. They couldn't help me till February 7th. This all started on the 1st. Are you serious Safelite? Go with Baker Boys and get that free steak dinner AND fast awesome service.

After 3 weeks of waiting for the company to come out to replace 4 broken windows on my property and several calls to see why they don't show up or call when they're scheduled to do work and getting a constant excuse that that they are busy I ended up replacing the glass myself. If you need to get your glass replaced in an emergency situation I suggest you take your business elsewhere, because these guys can't even call to let you know that they are not coming. What a waste of time. Would not recommend to anyone
