we paid for a towel bar on our shower door. They didn't install it. after I called they said it was too heavy for the door. I paid for it. didn't get it or the steak dinner promised.

Time is our most precious commodity. Efficiency is doing things right! I went to Baker Glass today to have my rear view mirror reattached to my windshield because I felt they'd do a better job than I would (since they do this daily). They dropped their lunch to reattach my mirror. I could have rubbed alcohol, then glued it on myself, but instead, called them to get a very affordable price, went there on my lunch break and voila!
