I came to this office after asking multiple times if they deal with keloids i was told yes.. When in fact, once I got there i was told by the PA that she doesn't do anything with them! We are in a pandemic and everyone is literally struggling! I paid a $70 copay just to be told that i need to see a surgeon.. I don't recommend this place as it seems they're just getting people in for money. To add, the PA was also very rude to the nurse that came in with her.

Due to your receptionist being incompetent and rude, I am taking my business elsewhere. Hire someone else or train her on how to speak to people.

I had scheduled my first appointment and decided to cancel it, right after. The receptionist was rude, she didn’t explain that she had to answer every call coming through. So while giving her my information, she tells me to hold, hold, hold... hold. It happened more than 10 times. She didn’t say “sorry about that” or “I have to answer the calls sorry”. Extremely rude receptionists when trying to make an appointment. Cut me off when trying to request an appointment and followed that up with "what do you want?" Really surprised at the poor attitude.
