If you want the best customer Service, support and a no stress sales process, call Baker. Their processes are fantastic, I almost didn't have to lift a finger except to hit send for my HOA approval.
If you want your neighbors to hate you then hire these guys. Their crew working next door to me is ridiculously loud and inconsiderate - started pounding away and yelling at 7:30 in the morning on a holiday. I would never deal with a company like this!
Installation was fine, but now they don't return phone calls and are rude. We have a leak in our brand new roof and getting to the bottom of it is definitely NOT their priority! Also, a worker recently left a nice bottle of pee in our trash can. SO GROSS! You can find better! ***Follow up: Was contacted by customer service immediately after this post. They were friendly, efficient, explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions. They always left the site clean. In addition, they spoke English. Many times workers were converse between themselves in Spanish. This never occurred and we appreciated this since we don't speak Spanish. We have already recommended them to numerous people. And, they were just plain nice guys!
