Baker has helped us out tremendously in three emergency situations with our AC system over the last year. Teressa and technicians were extremely accommodating to our tight schedules. They gave us some amazing relief in the interim prior to larger and full repairs. All the technicians that have been sent to our home have been extremely professional and tidy with their work. I would highly recommend working with this company in the future based on customer service alone!

Just want to give a quick shout out to baker electric for installing our solar today. It was a seem less process dealing with them. Rick and his crew were super professional, quick and experienced. He let me know every milestone on the install. If you don’t have solar I highly recommend this company. I’m receiving nothing for this shout out. I just think their professionalism deserves recognition. Baker electric GIVE RICK and his crew a raise. They were the definition of professionals.
Right after having an air scrubber installed I sought to pay it all off. I gave my credit card to Baker Electric and was charged. I am still getting bills from the finance company plus interest charges because Baker Electric has not paid them. I have asked many times but keep getting bills. I am told it will be resolved but it is not being fixed. I am risking a credit score ruination since I am not paying twice for the air scrubber. I would never use this company again.
