I had a disappointing experience at the Baker Supply in Stuart on April 23, 2026. I stopped by to purchase an R-410A refrigerant cylinder, and I am the owner of my HVAC company with an active account already set up. The employee at the front desk (JY5) refused to sell me the refrigerant unless I provided my EPA certification. I explained that my account was originally opened with my EPA certification on file, as required, but he insisted and would not proceed without seeing it again.
