We reached out to your company August 6th for an order we needed. We did not get the quote we requested until August 26, 20 days later. We then placed the order August 28th. Emails were not efficient for us to get an answer so we had to call a couple of times to get some answers for an order acknowledgement. When we finally did, we were told our resale certificate was not valid unless we applied for a credit account. We didn’t want to apply for credit, we just wanted to pay the order in full and appropriately be tax exempt. ... read more
Driver: They really need a better process for unloading. It shouldn't take 6.5 hours to unload one trailer. We get paid by the mile, no miles today.

I checked in at 9:30am didn’t start unloading till 1:30pm place has no Urgency to unload
