if I could put zero stars I would !!! This property is horrible and the property manager Casey is worse. Multiple ignored service requests and the property manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional, useless and disrespectful to say the least. She doesn’t have a CLUE how to do her job or take accountability. I strongly suggest reading the reviews and doing your research before even considering living here.
I’ve been without air conditioning in my apartment for going on four days, and the handling of this issue has been completely unacceptable. I’ve spoken to multiple people in the office, yet I’ve never received a call back from maintenance, despite being told they would follow up. We’ve submitted multiple work orders, and some of them have been closed out without anything being fixed. Worst worst worst place to stay. Don’t ever come here. Nothing works properly they don’t answer properly. You feeling you stay with cockroaches all over the floor. Paste control doesn’t work. We moved in April the gym code is stilll not here. If it’s rain the water starts leaking
