Casey is amazing
I recently toured Coastline Apartments and worked with Kermisha. She’s great and even though she’s new you honestly can’t tell. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process feel easy. I ended up renting elsewhere simply because utilities aren’t included here but my experience with the staff was still very positive. I noticed some of the older reviews mention the staff being horrible but I think things may have changed. My interactions with the new team were professional and welcoming. if I could put zero stars I would !!! This property is horrible and the property manager Casey is worse. Multiple ignored service requests and the property manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional, useless and disrespectful to say the least. She doesn’t have a CLUE how to do her job or take accountability. I strongly suggest reading the reviews and doing your research before even considering living here.
I’ve been without air conditioning in my apartment for going on four days, and the handling of this issue has been completely unacceptable. I’ve spoken to multiple people in the office, yet I’ve never received a call back from maintenance, despite being told they would follow up. We’ve submitted multiple work orders, and some of them have been closed out without anything being fixed.
