Lived there for a year, the elevator was in repair for 5 months. Then would break every 3 weeks. About a month before moving out the garbage shoot broke and did not get fixed before I moved. No timetable for its repair was given. You have to park across the street from where you live and pay $100 a month to do so. The parking lot is uncovered and the plow pushes the snow up to your car.
