They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've seen Dr Baker for my pets for almost 20 years. He is a fantastic vet. He truly cares for his clients. I refer people to him all the time.

Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff.
