Dr. Kumar and the team at Baker Bristol are caring and make you feel at home. I take my small animals (rats) to Dr. Kumar and she's great with them! The staff is super friendly and trustworthy!
Dr. Mackey and his amazing staff are amazing! Lacey goes above and beyond and is the most compassionate Vet tech. She made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me posted throughout the day on how my pup was doing! My dog Romeo’s breathe smells better than it ever has (it was BAD)! I felt completely confident and comfortable with them caring for him. Dr. Mackey is a caring and compassionate veterinarian. We have taken our cats here for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. Dr. Mackey is patient, thorough, and explains all options without trying to "sell" something. He often follows up with phone calls when a pet is sick. Sadly, we had to euthanize a beloved cat recently, but he and his staff were just wonderfully caring and kind to us through the process. I highly recommend this pet hospital.
They have looked over my cats for 20 years, since I moved to Santa Ana. I'm now on the 3rd generation of rescues and they have been there every step, every condition, every phase of their lives. I would not trust anyone else with my pets!! I'm an over protective mom and they are sensitive, explain everything, and cry with you when the end of pet life happens!!
