She is so kind and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is very understanding.
She was my physician/pa for years. Then when I came in urgent she literally didn’t touch me and I was charged a $30 co pay. I left her office via ambulance to icu for 5 days. This happened in November 2016. Thank god I hear she is no longer practicing at genesis medical group.
Dr. Billie is an amazing doctor....she cares immensely for all her patients and is genuine. She is in this field for the "right" reasons and it shows. She is trustworthy, informative, honest and kind. She is a rarity in a town that has many physicians that are not worthy of this kind of review. We are so delighted to have her expertise knowledge and empathetic care for our father while he goes through the aftermath of a stroke. She instills confidence not only in the patient but in the family.
Billie is such a great healthcare provider. You can ask her anything and she is very knowledgeable. She has a great bedside manner and just and overall great PA. She is the only reason I go to that not so stellar clinic she works at.
