I'm visiting Marietta from out of town and needed a new watch band. They had a great selection, they installed it on site within minutes, and it was great quality. I'm thankful that they are still open open after 108 years in business. A great local business with amazing customer service!
In 1980 they pulled a switch on my father's wedding band, returning to me one valued at half the price and without identifiable features. I was laughed at when I tried to pursue the theft. My recommendation is to avoid this place. I'd have given negative stars if possible.
We will never buy our jewelry from anywhere else. Larry helped me to pick out my one-of-a-kind engagement ring and I am still in love with it 10 yrs later. 61 Years ago Baker and Baker saved my ring. In 7th grade science class we were playing with mercury.As I rolled it in my hand my gold birthday ring, a gift from my beloved grandfater, suddenly turned "silver". My grandmother called Norm Baker and he said bring it in and we'll try to fix it. He sis and 39 years later, I helped a friend save her wedding rings because I knew it could be fixed!
Last year, we worked closely with Charla to purchase special gifts for each my husband and I. She helped us find a beautiful used Rolex and a Hearts on Fire diamond tennis bracelet-we LOVE both. Charla is so fun to work with and make the process so simple, even right down to getting our items insured. Recently there was a "spring" broken on the watch and she immediately offered for her father to fix it and even provided the shipping label.
