This was a wonderful experience. We went on a recent cruise excursion. Chris does it right. Food was excellent. visit chefdaddybrands online for his great seasonings. Thank you!
The entrees were delicious and the service was great, too. We were there on a slow night and our server took the time to tell us about local attractions we might like (we are from MN). She was happy to work with my onion aversion. I had the daily catch of halibut. Husband had the shrimp spaghettini. Both great.
We celebrated our anniversary here last night and the meal was superb! We are looking forward to returning soon. The staff was friendly and the view was amazing.
The metal music before we open and before all of the fun really starts is super relaxing!! Yep. Great sound system.
I've always loved Baked Alaska, but this time was awful. We got the pancetta wrapped shrimp and the shrimp hadn't even been cleaned. I couldn't eat it. Our waitress barely checked up on us and we had to track her down just to order (I think she's new though so it's easily forgivable). The cook staff, however, was cussing up a storm and talking crap about another employee which made the atmosphere very uninviting and awkward. I loved everything about this place. Tara, our server was great. She put up with our party of 5 very well. The food was wonderful, I wish I had some right now. We ordered tons of food and shared within our party. We even had two takeout bags left. Everything was great: Prawn and Crab Spaghettini was my favorite. We also had clam chowder, the steak special, fish and chips, fried oysters, crab cakes, seared tuna, and 2 dozen steamer clams. it was Heaven! And the view that evening was spectacular. Was excited to try the food. Went in with a party of 4. Sat in the bar and ordered a round of drinks. Drinks came and we ordered food. Sister ordered fish and chips, wife ordered pulled pork and my brother in law and I both ordered clam chowder. We also ordered an appetizer. 25 minutes went by and not once did anyone bring us water, ask us if we would like another drink or even acknowledge that we were there.
