Came in late Tuesday evening got a plain ole Cherry Pie.....I have been a cherry pie person my whole 69 yrs on this planet.....and that was the best Cherry Pie I have ever eaten. The crust was light and flakey, cherries just perfect. They beat out any traverse city pie shop, sweetie pie in Dewitt or Ann Arbor pie .......bake n cakes did it......try one, you will be a believer!! ......I have no connection with this business, just an old man who likes his pie!!
The worst customer service EVER!!! This store manager was the rudest person ever encountered! Words cannot describe her unprofessional behavior!! A cake is not worth the stress the terrible manager puts you through. The cakes are not very impressive anyways. Terrible communicators and attitude. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
I ordered a somewhat complicated cake for a baby shower, the top of which was to be a reproduction, in icing, of the children's book The Cat in the Hat. Not only was the cake finished in a shortened time line and within my limited budget, but it was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect for the party!
Just wanted to say thank you so much the cake was perfect way to share with out family and friends what the new baby was going to be. It was also very yummy and loved the 2 little pair shoes on it. Thank you again!
Once got a cake shot there and it had mold in it!!! They were very rude to me when I tried to pick up the free cupcakes they promised me for selling me moldy food. I will never go there again.

Need to have more stars! I celebrated my last chemo treatment for breast cancer today and they made me a cake in the shape of a but with a red thong and a tattoo decoration the said "I kicked cancer's butt" when I picked up the cake they even gave me a free loaf of their delicious apple cinnamon bread as a gift!! :They are AMAZING and it really made my day!!! ♡♡♡♡
Very disappointed in the cake we picked up today for our son's birthday. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy! The word birthday wasn't even correct. Not worth the money we paid!
