Poor customer service, I wasted $70 on a custom made cake for my daughter 1st birthday, the cake looks and tasted like CRAP. Got a cake at Kroger for $18.99, looks and tasted 10 time better.
They never disappoint !!!! Absolutely delicious.
This place is very subpar. I got the Smores cupcake and it tasted nothing like a smore. It was extremely dry and hard as if it had been sitting there for hours. The chocolate cake tasted store bought and filing was barely there. Don't waste your money
If you haven't had one of their signature Dream Cakes...you need to get yourself one, stat!! They are a layer of cake, layer of cheesecake, either a mousse or filling depending on flavors and then topped with fudge or fruit filling.....they got the name right! =)
Horrible decorating and very poor customer service
The owner should be ashamed of the "cakes" that are going out the door of their shop!! Very unprofessional, very bad decorating,just plain not OK! Word of mouth is thee best advertisement.........good or bad............ I know I will NEVER come to you for a cake! !!!! you should be ashamed
Bake n' Cakes did our wedding and groomsmen cake for our wedding. The cake was not only amazingly moist but super flavorful and beautiful! We are already talking about how we can't wait to eat our anniversary portion a year from now.
