I just attended the most awesome fondant class with Mrs Mercedes! I was so nervous going in. She is so calming and honest and truly a blessing to the cake decorating world! I will be back! I learned so much from this amazing woman! I was also so blessed to be in a class with such nice and helpful ladies! Such a great group!!!
