10년 이상 진료받아온 환자이고, 이번에 임신으로 몸 상태가 좋지 않아 닥터노트를 요청했는데, $30 캐시가 없으면 안 준다고 하네요. 현금이 없어서 이트랜스퍼 가능한지 물어봤더니 안 된다고 하고, 그럼 다음 주 수요일에 와서 지불하겠다고 했는데도 내일까지 결제 안 하면 닥터노트 못 준다고 했습니다. 제 상황을 충분히 설명하고 다음 주에 방문해서 꼭 지불하겠다고 했는데도, 내일까지 지불해야 닥터노트를 줄 수 있다며.. 아픈 환자의 닥터노트를 상품 판매하듯 하네요. 그럼 됐다고 안받겠다고 했더니 저를 임신 호르몬 때문에 예민한 사람으로 취급하셨습니다. 결제 방식에 대한 컴플레인을 환자가 예민한 사람으로 남탓하는 의사. 10년이상 진료봐온 환자에게 300불도 아닌 고작 30불가지고 내일까지 돈안내면 닥터노트를 못준다는게 황당하네요. 안준다고 한것도 아닌데..;; 환자의 상태보다 닥터노트 30불 결제를 우선시 하는 곳이니 오랫동안 다니신 분들도 캐쉬 없으면 저처럼 진상 취급 받을 수 있습니다. 주의하세요.
Dr. Bak has been my family doctor for about 10 years, and I’ve always found him to be a great and caring. He takes the time to listen and provides thoughtful advice during appointments. Sometimes the wait for the next available booking can be around 2–3 weeks, which is a bit long. However, this is likely the case for many doctors in BC given the current shortage of family physicians.
I started going to see Dr. Bak back in 2018, he was in Coquitlam at that time. When he moved to Langley I followed him, I think that says a lot in its self, great doctor, good staff what more could a person ask for.
Dr. Bak has been our family doctor for almost 10years. He's patient, kind and always asks the right questions to understand any health issues. He asks about family history to determine potential future issues, making referrals to specialists when needed for another opinion. He's worked with my husband for years to lower his cholesterol and we are grateful for his oversight and attention. His Langley office is in a new building, well located with plenty of parking.
