My remarks are the same as below. We order a bed cover in November. They took the money instantly and it's feb and we still don't have it. Constantly I've false times on shipping. How do you take $1000 from someone and not give the product. You shouldn't bill until it's shipped. We ultimately cancelled our order and are awaiting our 10 day refund policy. We ordered the truck bed cover on Amazon and got it in 2 days!! The same fricken one!! I would never use this company again and hope to get them shut down!
They do not respond to questions very well. They give short answers and they don't address the issues. Spend your money somewhere else. Their products are to expensive to have this level of customer support.
I purchased a bakflip tonneau cover. It had leaked along the sides since it was purchased. Now i found bubbles in the metal of the actual cover that are water that leaked in to the cover and froze. I contacted customer service and because i don't have the receipt i can't do anything about it. Very expensive cover for such poor quality.
Do not buy any product from this business. Bought a tonneau cover for my truck directly from them in 2014, when I received the cover there was a seal missing, and the cover was manufactured incorrectly and did not fit the truck. When I called in I was told that they did not have any prior issues with this model of truck and asked to either email pictures of how the cover did not fit or start a retun process where I would have to pay shipping.
