Inexperienced technician applied a simple one color dye job that caused hair dye to stain my face and even blisters to form. "Management" unapologetic and rude, denying anything was wrong even after photos of the blisters were provided.
This was my first time here and was nervous. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out at the end. Emily was wonderful hairstylist and all the staff made you feel relaxed and at home. I will definitely be Bak 4 more.
