I have been waiting for the pain quince I ordered in Nov. and Dec,, it is Now February 14. I received an email telling me it had been shipped on February 1. I have used pain quince for at least 4 years without a problem. I love the product, if it's a matter of postage I would be happy to pay extra. I understand it being out of stock but to hear nothing is bad business in my opinion. I was looking forward to receiving it but I guess I will give up.
