David was a excellent asset in helping to sell my house. He provided what I believe to be an honest assessment of the property and a slot price for sale. It went on the market on a Friday and I took a great offer on that Sunday. He kept me grounded to not go after the highest price offered but to accept the best overall offer. He made sure that he closing went clean and simply as well. I highly recommend David for assistance in any real estate transaction you may have.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were recommended to work with Dave Bajoka and we are so glad we did!! From the beginning Dave put as at ease with his knowledge, patience and attention to detail. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules and negotiated a great deal for us when we finally sealed the deal on our home.
