I attended a free Spay and Neuter event in Rosarito this Sunday 4-26-2026. Upon Arrival I parked in the Public Parking in the street and was rudely approached by a lady that had a booth outside with insults and screams. She claimed to be the biggest sponsor and owner of this non profit organization. She wanted me to move when I was legally parked in a public space not blocking any doors or entry ways. Me gustan mucho sus campañas y sobre todo que hagan en diferentes lugares y abarquen territorio but el único problema con el que yo y muchas personas hemos batallado es que hay una voluntaria que no se si tenga alguna discapacidad mental pero tiene cambios bruscos de humor: puede ser muy amable con la gente y con otra puede ser extremadamente muy grosera en el mismo evento. También el voluntario que responde los mensajes por WhatsApp es muy incompetente. Siento que hay voluntarios que abusan del poder que se les da.
