great food I found this restaurant by chance and decided to try it. I am so glad I did. The food was quite good and the prices very reasonable. They have a chip and salsa bar that you just help yourself to. Finally....a restaurant that allows me to eat all the chips and salsa I want...without having to wait for the waiter to decide I can have more! I will definitely return.
New Favorite Mexican Spot! Want Don Jose's or El Torito without the price? Baja Sonora in Long Beach a GREAT place for authentic mexican food. Great prices! My favorite are the taquitos... 2 corn tortillas stuffed with shredded beef, comes with plenty of guacamole, rice, refried beans and a regular drink. $6.75! Super friendly customer service, this place cares about their customers!

Best authentic Mexican food locally... This is my favorite Mexican food in the area! Food is fresh, authentic, and priced so reasonably you can actually afford to take your whole family to dinner and have leftovers! The salsa bar is wonderful!
