Tried take out tonight for the first time in Benton. Got home to notice we didn’t get our cheese dip for our triple dipper.called the restaurant and was placed on hold. When someone finally answered, I was told well we put it in there, don’t know what happened. The food we got was amazing but expected a little better customer service.
This restaurant came to our table and kicked us out because they have 50 min reservations. While we knew these restrictions, they did not come to ask for our orders until 35-40 mins into our reservation and wanted us to either order and eat within 10 mins (which was pretty much made clear this actually was not an option) OR just order to go after we made a reservation to eat at the restaurant. I visited this establishment for the very first time this week. I never did get around to trying them as a food truck nor have I visited The Heights location - only Benton. This is the former public library so I was interested in the way the building looked as well. Love the way they renovated. Very clean also. The food was really good, fresh, nicely presented. The food, service and atmosphere was all great and relaxing! If you have not been to Baja Grill your missing out!!
So excited this place is in Benton!! Had a wonderful experience!! Menu is marked on what items are not gluten free and they were great dealing with my dairy allergy. Service was great and food was delicious 😋 Highly recommend going here!!
