About this business

Baja Cafe Tucson may only be open for breakfast and lunch, but during these service times you're likely to find one of the best breakfasts in town. The small joint has one of the best pancake selections, where the Snickerdoodle one has become a local legend and the Constructicon Burrito is a behemoth that befits its namesake Transformer character. For lunch, the sandwiches and burgers are American as one can get, from the classic cheeseburger to a traditional Reuben on Rye, the items that come out of Baja's kitchen will make... read more

My husband and I went yesterday for the first time. We must've had good timing because we didn't have to wait at all for a table! We sat out in the patio in the beautiful Tucson weather! When I mentioned it was our first time we were treated to an amazing snickerdoodle pancake that we had to make ourselves stop eating for fear of not eating what we ordered! (Of course, we took the rest home and our 12 yo ate it proclaiming it absolutely delicious!) For my meal I had the Tower stack and it was SO good! Hubby had the Eggs and ... read more

I loved the Black Widow! Lots of veggies on an Eggs Benedict with a tasty sauce. The mimosa was great! My boyfriend had the cinnamon bun pancakes and eggs, also very well received.

I've always been a fan of the small, sometimes out of the way breakfast and lunch diners. We visited Baja Cafe for my father's 84 birthday. The place was extremely busy yet we never ... read more

I think this place is phenomenal. Have some favorite servers, but they are all so friendly. Food is great , I am partial to the various pancakes. Easily a 5 star restaurant, with the eclectic variety.

I love eggs benedict and they had so many options it was hard to pick just one, until the nice friendly waitress told me about the eggs benedict special...steak, cheese sauce with peppers and onions. It was amazing! Large portions, fast and friendly service. I'll be going there again!
