My friend took me here yesterday for birthday brunch. I had never heard of the place but am now in love! The menu is creative, and the food is delicious! Loved the peach margarita as well! The staff was very nice. The snickerdoodle pancake is a party in your mouth! I highly recommend this place! It is well worth the wait to get a table!
We stopped by while we were on vacation the place was hopping and it was a holiday weekend. The food was incredible. I send everybody I know that stops in Tucson here! I had a snicker doodle pancake and chewbaca Benedict and I am still dreaming about it!

My family and I loved everything! The free pancake for it being our first time to the Baja Cafe was hands down the best pancake we've ever had and that's saying a lot! It was the snickerdoodle pancake and I highly recommend it! Everything else was incredible! Not a single entree was anything less than amazing. My kids gorged themselves and my wife and I guarantee we'll be back we enjoyed it so much! This cafe is our new favorite brunch spot!
Love their food here at Baja best breakfast and fast service !
