So far they have been really good to me. Went out of their way to help me get in to my truck. Even after the sale I noticed a couple issues and they said they would fix those too at no cost to me. So far they haven't given me a reason to be worried.
Horrible detail work. Excuse after excuse for why it looked so bad. They did give me a discount...but still insisted on charging me for poor work. For the price they charge to detail, the vehicle should look better than brand new!!! The owner told me "can't please everyone". Awful!!

As an owner if you pride yourself in great customer service why would you sell junk cars, burn customers to gain on your end. In the end it's all bad business - nothing has been done to fix or rectify the situation I'm speaking of and therefore this leads to having to let others know about your sneaky business Tatics and screwing over innocent buyers.
