Spent 1 entire year waiting for permits. After a year of waiting, we got permits and ordered all of the materials for a bathroom renovation by Baires Construction Corp last month. They delivered the materials to the property and then sent us a random project estimate that was unrelated to our project. We replied to them, asking for a real estimate that applied to us for confirmation before they started. Malísimas terminaciones. Te roban directamente el dinero. Hicieron un baño que ya tengo que renovar de lo mal que lo hicieron. Usaron grout con arena y los cortes del tiles fueron desastrosos.

Very poor quality work, don't not accept pictures as proof of their work as anyone can cut an paste from internet. Poor communication skills, I had to pay someone else to re-grout tiles in wet area as water and moisture would have gone behind tiles. Did not put marble threshold on floor at the door, after telling me to go buy an $8 marble threshold they installed it in wrong location. Again, I had to pay someone else to do it correctly.
