I am ridiculously upset by my interaction with a Baird and Warner agent. From past experiences, I don't believe it to be reflective of the the entire company, but it has left me very upset and distrustful. The behavior was unethical, and after being called out on it, they seem to be backpedaling. My family is going to miss out on a house because of this agents actions.
