My daughter just started her treatment with Dr. Baird this past week and it's already been the best experience. We are mid treatment and have switched offices. The last office we were at made me feel like I shouldn't be asking questions for the treatment I am paying for, and we're taking an approach that wasn't best for my daughter. Dr. Baird and her wonderful staff are the complete opposite. And can we talk about how beautiful the office is?!?! I'm so happy that we made the change.
Dr.Baird is very thorough in explaining her treatment plan and left no questions unanswered! Her impressive knowledge of orthodontics made me feel very comfortable and won my trust. Dr. Baird is the best orthodontist in the Tri Valley area. She is very patient with squirmy kids and clearly answers any questions parents might have. Her office's technology is top of the line and all her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The location is easy to get to and parking has never been a problem. I've been telling all my son's friends about her as a great orthodontist is hard to find.
Dr. Baird and staff are just amazing, gentle,very funny and make you feel comfortable. I drive about 45mins to see them and totally worth the drive.
