I had an excellent experience here. I have a lot of anxiety around getting imaging done, and have had bad experiences in the past, but Georgia and the front desk staff put me at ease with their kindness and made the process painless and anxiety-less.
Health Images was my top choice for imaging for the last two years until they dropped they dropped the ball and forgot how to take care of people. I would actually go out of my way to get the order from the doctor and bring it to Health Images myself vs. using another provider because they were so easy to deal. Watch out for their unethical billing practices! They have you create an account online and email you your documentation, they email you a link to view your images and reports, but they do not email you any invoices. Instead, they mail you an invoice, make 1 phone call and then send you to collections within 90 days of your visit. I called them because I thought I never received the invoice my referring doctor needed to review to make sure the CPT code was being picked up by insurance, since it wasn’t at first. Horrible.... I had an appointment today scheduled by my Dr. They said they could get my in at 3:15. Got there (an hour drive), to fing that I couldn't be seen. 3- 5 days for approval... PLUS... the address on their website is INCORRECT...
