not very professional. they only care about money. they openly talk about patients in a jokingly matter. i came in here for help and they started making jokes about my teeth, not in front me but to the point where i could hear them from my seat. anyone looking for fillings, don’t come in here to waste your time or be made fun of. they seem to be rude towards people of color but they’re located in the worst area of JC. Parking is terrible since you can’t park in the lot either or they’ll tow you. worst experience ever.
Today (11/23/2020) was my first experience here. Let me tell you how nice they were. How clean and Covid-19 safe they were. They had hand sanitizer and took my temperature and i had to answer questions related to covid before being seen. I felt very good about how serious they took it. I went due to wisdom tooth pain. First off they were understanding and kept me well informed on what was wrong and what my options were and step by steps of what I needed to do. I have been going to this office for years. Short wait times. Friendly and professional staff and the dentist is the best. No need to ever go anywhere else!
this was my son's dentist the office staff informed me that he needed to have his wisdom teeth pulled but failed to mention that you have to make sure the oral surgeon is in network. last time I checked this is their job but I guess not.... $600 in the whole and the dentist says how is this my fault. How about hiring staff that knows how to do their job.....
