Everyone in Dr. Bain's staff treats you like family. Dr. John Bain treats you like hi own family. Amazing professionalism, sincere caring approach, and natural care with all his patients. My family have been going there for almost a decade. Take it from me, someone who used to hate going to the dentist office, there is no better place than Natural Family Dentistry! They make going to a dentist enjoyable! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Great Holistic, caring Dental office ! Removes mercury safely
The absolute best natural dentist in NWA! Dr. Bain and his staff are wonderful! Today they safely removed my mercury fillings that I have wanted removed for years!! We appreciate Dr. Bain and his staff, and without a doubt would recommend them to anyone! My kids were even disappointed today because it wasn't their turn to go back and get "fixed up".
