My first visit to Dr. Bain's office, & first time meeting him, was for part 1 of a root canal, my first. Plus this was a "work in" appt. Somewhat apprehensive, I very quickly felt I was in competent & caring hands. While his assistant set me up in rhe chair, Dr. Bain came in briefly just to introduce himself & explain what was coming next. Rather than feeling I was interrupting his normal schedule, I felt welcomed & cared for.
