Great service. I was notified when the tech on on his way to the house. Friendly, courteous, and explained what was happening. Would highly recommend them.
Had insulation put in along with sealing all duct work, also weather proofing of main door and insulating attic access. Both guys were great! They were kind enough to put up with me asking tons of questions, were efficient and really went the extra mile! I will be switching to Baileys for all my HVAC needs also!
My tech De'Montay always gives great Customer Service. I recommended Bailey's Heating & Air every chance I get.
Poor service , won’t even come back to diagnose unit as promised, gave them 2 chances. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Paid them $250.00 to run a new drain said was problem, then didn’t come back after it didn’t fix it , no sure there qualified to do commercial work , really kinda dirty
